Shipping & Handling

All of Ken’s Fish Sculptures and Ken’s Fish Reproductions are professionally packaged and shipped. Any applicable packaging, shipping, liability insurance and Illinois Sales Tax charges will apply and charged separately from the product price. Ken’s Fish will contact you with a quote on these charges once a purchase has been made. You may contact Ken’s Fish for an estimated shipping & handling charge prior to making a purchase.

Ken’s Fish has taken every precaution possible to insure safe delivery of your purchase by Ken’s Fish recommended packaging methods and shipping carrier service. Due to the uniqueness and complexity of each display, these recommendations will be explained per quote or estimate. Most of Ken’s Fish displays will be packed in reinforced boxes and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. However, some delicate or fragile displays may require packing in wood crates and shipped via truck and palletized. Any deviation from these recommendations by the buyer, the buyer is fully responsible for scheduling the pickup from Ken’s Fish Studio when it becomes available for pickup. The buyer is also responsible for the condition of the shipment upon delivery and all warranty and guarantees by Ken’s Fish are voided.

Liability Insurance can also be purchased at the request of the buyer prior to shipping.

• Lift-Gate for pick up and/or delivery
• Inside pick up and/or delivery

Ken’s Fish recommends keeping the box/crate for transporting your display. Should you ever need to return your sculpture/reproduction for repair as most repairs can be made without a trace, you must use the original shipping box/crate to prevent further damage from occurring. Please contact Ken’s Fish if you are returning a Ken’s Fish Sculpture or Reproduction Display for any reason. All display returns shall be returned by the same shipping and handling service as it was sent to you, providing the warranty and guarantee hasn’t been voided.
